Returns / Exchanges and Refunds
Rugged Outfitters offers NO HASSLE returns. We will not deduct any additional hidden shipping charges from your order. Get your full refund for the item you send back. Exchanges will ship out free freight. Just get the item back to us along with a note of what you need done and we'll do it.
We DO NOT have an expiration for your return. We will take it back at any time.

Make sure to put a note in the package along with a copy of your order
confirmation or note.
On all returns:
If your order shipped via expedited, Second Day or Next Day, shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise.
Orders shipped to AK or HI will not have shipping charges refunded on returned merchandise.
Returns of Holiday prints post holiday will have an additional 20% restocking fee deducted from return.
These deductions will come off the order total and will be seen as a deduction off of the order items.
If for any reason the customer sends us back a different item than what is on the original order, you the customer will be responsible to retrieve that item. If you are unable to retrieve the item than when we do receive the correct item we will ship the different item back to you and deduct an additional $5.00 from your refund.
Rejected or non deliverable orders that come back to us due to the address being not correct will have a 20% re-stocking fee additionally deducted from the return.
Items returned to us without original tags or packaging will have 20% deducted from their returns.
Orders that have been picked or shipped cannot be canceled.
If you request orders shipped to freight forwarders and not your actual shipping address we are not responsible for stolen packages after they are delivered
